Free Joint PCSC and Rx-360 Educational Seminar

 |
The dates for the joint PCSC – Rx-360 educational seminar have been set for Monday, October 29th and Tuesday, October 30th. The location will be a Bristol Myers Squibb facility, located in Wallingford, Connecticut. The Wallingford facility is a multi-wing single building with one million square feet dedicated to drug discovery and drug development activities. A 250 seat auditorium has been graciously offered by BMS for our use. The reason for this announcement is so that, if interested, you have plenty of time to check your schedule and make arrangements to attend.
As with all previous PCSC sponsored events, there is no charge to attend this joint conference. Continental breakfasts, coffee, beverages and break foods will be supplied. Lunches will be provided by the BMS staff at minimal cost. The only actual expense will involve your travel and potential overnight stay. A list of area hotels will follow in a subsequent alert. The site is in very close proximity to Interstate 91 and a reasonable distance from the Bradley International Airport.

If the capacity of this seminar is reached (which we anticipate may occur) those specifically within the pharmaceutical industry, and its supporting organizations, will be given first preference. The seminar is scheduled to be a day and a half, beginning on Monday at 9:00 AM and concluding on Tuesday no later than 2:45 PM, to allow for ease of return. A significant focus this year will be on “risk-based” analysis for in-transit and storage of pharmaceutical goods.
