The Rx-360 Secretariat at Drinker Biddle & Reath will be hosting a teleconference on Friday, 8 October (11:00 am-12:00 pm US Eastern) to review the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Staff Opinion concerning the Rx-360 Audit Programs with interested member company representatives.      The Opinion was issued 15 September 2010 in response to Rx-360's formal request to the FTC for such an opinion at the end of July.  The teleconference will review the antitrust safeguards that Rx-360 has built into its Joint Auditing and Shared Audits programs, as well as highlights of the FTC Opinion and the significance of the Opinion both in the US and abroad.  Legal counsel from the Secretariat will also summarize their recommendations concerning whether additional steps are necessary in Europe or elsewhere to ensure compliance with anti-competition laws and mitigate legal risks. ‪ ‪ Rx-360 members are encouraged to invite their corporate legal department colleagues to join.  To ensure there are sufficient lines made available for the call, please register at the following site: www.signmeup.com/72329	What the US FTC Staff Opinion Means for Rx-360 8 October 2010 Register at www.signmeup.com/72329
